Incident Command (ADMS-COMMAND)

ADMS-COMMAND is an on scene incident command training simulator that offers the ideal environment to train first responders and on-scene commanders in mono and multi-agency operations, from basic incidents to complex disasters. It bridges the gap between tabletop exercises and real world experience. Common learning objectives are Command, Control, Coordination and Communication.

With ADMS-COMMAND the Training Staff can create any incident scenario where participants must save lives and mitigate damage by deploying up to dozens of vehicles and hundreds of personnel. During the exercise or assessment, participants and role-players can also be involved. For additional realism, you can use radios, plans and handbooks as would be used in real-world events.

Training can be done individually, in a team setting, or as a class. To the trainee, the technology driving ADMS is transparent - as training staff input all participant commands at a Facilitator Station. The trainees only have to look at the visual scene as they drive to the incident, walk around on scene by using a joystick, and give commands to the virtual resources. Staffers commit these commands and ADMS calculates and simulates the real-time effect of the actions. In Team Training every participant has their own on scene display and can walk around independently. To train effectively, the Training Staff scores the performance by using the integrated observation forms and uses the After Action Reviewer when debriefing.
