ADMS is generally purchased directly from ETC Simulation. Purchasing ADMS provides the opportunity to customize a system exactly to your needs. In case you want to train with ADMS under your annual training budget, and can train with more generic solutions, you also have the option of leasing ADMS through our Training Support Services.
ADMS Training Support offers all products at attractive weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual rates. We provide you with full ADMS systems and qualified Facilitators to set up and run each training session. If you are in need of instructors, we can provide them through our partnerships with top training institutes worldwide. Training Support can be delivered on-site or at one of our ADMS Centers. From start to finish, we will work together with you to make the training a successful event. When required we offer customized scenarios to meet your requirements exactly. For longer-term leases we suggest purchasing ADMS and having your staff operate it. In this case we will train your facilitators and mentor them during the first training sessions.

How Do We Work With You?
To develop the optimal solution for you we will work closely together from the very first contact to delivery and acceptance. We approach this process in four steps:
From Idea to Proposal
When you contact us we will work with you to define the goals that your ADMS system should support, in what situations/locations you plan to use ADMS (installed, portable, theater, classroom etc.) and what type of scenarios you require, whether from our standard library or custom designed. With this outline we design a solution that we then review with you. When the solution fits your requirements we can offer a proposal.
From Order to Operation
After receiving the order we will form a project team. The project manager will be your contact person form start to end. He/she prepares a project plan that will be discussed during the kick-off meeting. Typical steps we go through are: Design, Production, Testing, Delivery, Installation, Acceptance Test, and Training.
Maintenance and Support
We deliver our solutions with a standard maintenance and support period of 1 year. This period can be extended with Annual Service Packages. The majority of maintenance can be done by on-line helpdesk. When necessary we come on-site to service your system. Other arrangements that can be added to the package are on-site spare hardware and additional training sessions.
Expansion and Upgrade
ADMS is modular and can be expanded with additional scenarios, resources, features and hardware. The process we follow for this is the same as described above. We continuously work on the innovation of ADMS. We will always keep you informed about our research and development efforts.
Many premier training organizations and academies use ADMS and are frequently consulted to drive the ongoing development. Users correspond with each other share their expertise in the field of training, simulation and profession. We facilitate this with our User Portal and Annual User Group Meeting. The User Portal is a web-based platform where users and ETC share best practices, experiences, scenario design, training curriculum and discuss and coordinate future needs. The Annual User Group Meeting is a mini-conference with presentations and group workshops. Here we show the latest ADMS-developments and users can demonstrate their versions. The goal is to increase cooperation in the fields of simulation, education and content.
