Trainer Toolset This toolset is integrated in ADMS and supports Training Staff in developing, controlling, assessing and debriefing exercises.

Exercise Planner
Provides all the information that training staffers need to set up, control and debrief an exercise. This information is stored and connected with individual exercises and is accessible before, during and after the training session. Information that is typically included is: Training Objectives, Assignment of Trainees and Resources, (De)Briefing Information, Dispatch Information, Instructions for the Facilitator.

Scenario Generator
Enables users to create scenarios by selecting incident sites, buildings, positioning vehicles, and selection of situational details such as people, traffic, weather, time of day and threats. Scenarios can be saved, stored and re-edited. Click here for the available incident scenarios.

Observation and Scoring
Consists of observation forms with observation points that can be scored with simple pass/fail selection by the instructor. ADMS automatically generates objective information about achieved results. These two sets of scoring indicate end results. The results are saved in a record keeping system, which maintains student data including time and date of training and modules completed. This data is stored in the student database or can be exported to existing human resource databases.

Additional Elements of the toolset include:

Records the exercise to support debriefing. In playback mode training staffers can start, stop, pause and fast-forward the exercise and look at the incident from any point of view, including a birds-eye perspective. To mark particular situations in the exercise, the instructor can also time stamp sections to highlight during review. During the exercise the instructor can add drawings and comments on the ADMS-map, and use the pause/start option for stepped, discussed training.
