ADMS Grant Opportunities

The following grant funding sources can be used to obtain an ADMS system or contract ADMS Training Services. ETC offers grant preparation and application assistance for any interested and qualified institution. Please contact us for assistance.

Airport Improvement Program (AIP)

Application Deadline: TBA Funding Available: N/A
The FAA provides funding for planning and development for existing and proposed airports that are listed in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS). The airports on this list are considered significant to national air transportation. Each airport has until the deadline to notify the FAA whether or not it will use the funds for which it is eligible.

FY2010 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP)

Application Deadline: April 19, 2010 Funding Available: $1.78 Billion
The funding priorities for FY2009 HSGP are targeted for either states or urban areas, and reflect capabilities that are most critical to build in those jurisdictions. The HSGP is comprised of four separate grant programs:

FY2010 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG)

Application Deadline: January 22, 2010 Funding Available: $329.8 Million
The purpose of the EMPG is to assist state and local governments in enhancing and sustaining all-hazards emergency management capabilities.

FY2010 Port Security Grant Program (PSGP)

Application Deadline: February 12, 2010 Funding Available: $288 Million
The FY2010 PSGP is designed to help ports in the following areas; risk management, enhanced domain awareness, training and exercises and capabilities to prevent, detect, respond to and recover from attacks involving IED and other non-conventional weapons.

FY2010 Transit Security Grant Program (TSGP)

Application Deadline: February 18, 2010 Funding Available: $253 million
The FY 2009 TSGP provides grant funding to the nation´s key high-threat urban areas to enhance security measures for their critical transit infrastructure including bus, ferry and rail systems.

FY2010 Buffer Zone Protection Program (BZPP)

Application Deadline: February 12, 2010 Funding Available: $48 Million
The FY2010 BZPP provides funding to increase the preparedness capabilities of jurisdictions responsible for the safety and security of communities surrounding high-priority pre-designated Tier 1 and Tier 2 critical infrastructure and key resource (CIKR) assets, including chemical facilities, financial institutions, nuclear and electric power plants, dams, stadiums, and other high-risk/high-consequence facilities, through allowable planning and equipment acquisition.

FY2010 Intercity Bus Security Grant Program (IBSGP)

Application Deadline: February 12, 2009 Funding Available: $11.5 Million
The purpose of FY2010 IBSGP is to protect intercity bus systems and the traveling public from acts of terrorism through measures such as creating sustainable programs and obtaining the resources needed to enhance and strengthen security, planning and vehicle and driver protection.

FY2010 Urban Areas Security Initiative Nonprofit Security Grant Program (UASI-NSGP)

Application Deadline: February 19, 2010 Funding Available: $19 Million
The FY2010 UASI-NSGP provides funding for target-hardening activities to nonprofit organizations that are at high risk of terrorist attack and are located within one of the specific UASI eligible Urban Areas.

Assistance to Firefighter Grant Program (AFG)

Application Deadline: TBA Funding Available: TBA
The AFG program helps firefighters and other first responders obtain critically needed equipment, protective gear, emergency vehicles, training, and other resources needed to protect the public and emergency personnel from fire and related hazards.

COPS: Secure Our Schools (SOS)

Application Deadline: TBA Funding Available: TBA
COPS: SOS provides funding to law enforcement agencies to assist with the development of school safety resources and provide improved security at schools and on school grounds.
